Internet Matters - Internet Matters is aimed at adults to help support children who are having issues online. It has information on a wide range of issues and advice on how parents and carers can help keep young people safe when they are online. There are sections aimed at different age groups as well as specific advice on areas such as Social Media or cyberbullying that should enable you to discuss any issues with your child and support them

Think U Know? - From CEOP (the Child Exploitation and Online Protection Agency) which is part of the UK’s National Crime Agency. You and your child can find useful information and advice here, and also report abuse or anything that you have encountered online that concerns you

Kidsmart - Kidsmart is aimed at ages 3-11 to help them learn about ways to keep yourself safe online. It is a Childnet website and has information for young people and adults

Safer Internet - The UK Safer Internet Centre, here you can find online safety tips, advice and resources to help children and young people stay safe online

Kidscape - Kidscape offers advice for young people and adults on how to deal with bullying of all types, including cyberbullying

The online landscape continues to develop and change, often at great speed, and you cannot always prevent your child from encountering every risk. However, if you discuss how to behave online and ensure that they understand the following way to be SMART and THINK before they act online then they should be a safe and responsible digital citizen.
